The jha has a lot of work to do They dont keep up with cases They are unorganized and out of dated when it comes to technology Not for the people The people that work for them always try to make you feel less then The customer service is horrible They have no compassion lack of empathy Not resourceful on the many programs that are out and available No one knows anything Said my section 8 got ported to waycross mind u I was there 6 months and it never did because of their lack of efficiency No one is ever in the offices at the hud homes they will call you a whole week later Call time should be 24 to 48 hours
