Used to be a great place to live until recently Approximately 1 year ago management changed and since then it has gone down hill Several complaints have been made about rodents and bugs within the apartments Management was told about the mice outside the buildings as well as the clusters of German Cockroaches that infest some rooms When advised of these situations I was told to leave them alone Several more complaints have been issued about water leaking which could cause mold in the future as well as the outside grounds having mice running around There are also fleas to a point you cannot sit outside These issues have also been sent to Jacksonville Housing Authority for further review more ... hide ...

I think this place and Sanctuary Walk are in competition for worst complex that brings down the overall area Why do tenants and people hang around in the dark near the Phoenix side late at night at all hours

My mom lives here and she is dealing with second hand smoke although she has complained numerous times to the manager She told my mom that it was residents that were grandfathered in and they are allowed to smoke She then provided my mom with a small Air Purifier that did not solve the issue She spoke with the person over here and he told my mom the same th 2021-06-16T19:36:45Z
My mom lives here and she is dealing with second hand smoke although she has complained numerous times to the manager She told my mom that it was residents that were grandfathered in and they are allowed to smoke She then provided my mom with a small Air Purifier that did not solve the issue She spoke with the person over here and he told my mom the same thing It appears there is no concern for these elderly people that are in danger of getting lung cancer or heart disease The concern doesnt seem to be for the tenants at all This is supposed to be an elderly community as well as they receive funds from the government I am not sure how smoking is allowed in this building at all more ... hide ...
