I have been trying to contact this office since Monday and constantly getting a voicemail even for maintenance emergencies No one is responding to messages or in the office when we go up there I travel very far in hopes of catching someone in the office but no luck I wish my daughter would not have moved in this place She has not been able to even stay in he 2021-10-13T14:13:24Z

I have lived here going on 3 years I havent really had major issues but earlier part of this month I put in 2 work orders On this past Monday I put in another work or after finding out that when the master bedroom shower is used it leaks down in the kitchen I called the emergency Line as instructed But I got no answer I left a voicemail And still to this day 2021-05-20T13:57:28Z

My mother lived at this place and it was no better than the management actually came up in her apartment without a 24hour notice right after she passed and was telling me I need to get her stuff out needless to say the police officer told her if she came up in the resident again without a 24 out of 74 hour notice she would be arrested and this was the manage 2020-10-09T01:34:37Z

The park at alston is a wonderful community with amazing staff and neighbors 2 of the biggest issues with the place I have seen is the nasty speed bumps that are too high and the poor plumbing system hoping they redo the system at some point The upstairs toilets will clog to no return easily if not careful which is a real pain However if they do rest assure 2022-05-13T16:20:33Z

I have been here for almost a year and i must say our New apartment manager Mrs Katt is awesome She came in and got things done No loud music no trash everywhere and she actually goes out on property to make sure things are right KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK I WOULD RECOMMEND TO ANYONE GREAT PLACE

No stars if I could choose 0Was unable to see my apartment in person until the move in when I realized that I was being put in a downstairs unit instead of an upstairs unit and that the carpet had been POORLY repaired with patches that do not match the rest of the carpet so I have to use rugs to cover these areas Roaches Horrible plumbing issues on a regular 2021-03-23T17:03:23Z

In 2011 I moved to Jacksonville to start a new beginning after Hurricane Katrina living there was very nice Looking forward to moving back to Jacksonville in between February and March hopefully I can find something either there or someone else but it was nice living in those apartments

I have lived here since November 20 20 at first moving here seems like a good idea because of the pricing and the location I thought that it would be good for me and my family But since I have moved in I have had multiple maintenance issues that have gone unresolved My AC does not work correctly JEA has informed me that my AC is pulling too much power and when I asked maintenance to fix it they gave me a bucket to put under it while I turn it off and let it unfreeze My water heater pipe sounds like its about to burst every time I turn it on I had mold in my daughters bedroom window so bad to the point the window does not even open anymore even after Ive cleaned it multiple times And lastly what really sent me over the top was my oven has been nonworking for a month now and I have asked them to come fix it multiple times and they keep sending maintenance to come look at it and exchange pieces out But nothing is working and they will not give me a new one They tell me that it is not an emergency because the stove top is still working but how much can you really cook without an oven and even if its not an emergency it shouldnt take a month to complete this request either fix it or get me a new oven stop being cheap They will not be getting another dime out of me until my apartment is up to par And if they want to evict me they can go right ahead Ill take them to court and I promise you Ill win cause I keep all my receipts Currently looking for a new place to move to If you have any suggestions please let me know more ... hide ...
