I do not recommend these apartments because of the mice and bugs that invest the building I reached out to property management and attempted to contact the property owners but the issue was not resolved I was completely ignored by the property owner and only told by the property manager she would reach to the property owner I even emailed him personally but 2022-05-24T18:05:16Z

PSA THE NEGATIVE REVIEWS ARE RIGHTnnIve been apartment hunting for months now looking for a place I can actually afford I came across this apartment complex on apartmentscom What immediately caught my attention was the price for rent Super affordable and I thought the pictures were cute and decent I decided to look at the google reviews and most of them had nice things to say about the community however the low rated reviews were very detailed and very concerning This made me wonder if the good reviews were even realdont think they are So before I decided to apply I took a trip to see the community and let me just say that was enough for me to realize I would NEVER want to live here Immediately after turning into the complex there were cats EVERYWHERE Running throughout the street sitting on peoples porches and CARS There were also several pot holes throughout the community Potholes so big you could stand in them There were also a lot of shopping carts spread out around the community as well I got bad vibes all around I didnt even go inside and ask for a tour because I knew if the outside was this bad the inside would be even worseand I was right Someone posted on TikTok their experience with leasing with Villas at Mandarin Bay and revealed a dirty roach invested apartment the day that they moved in The pictures on their website are very deceiving I know times are tough but please listen to the negative reviews and avoid this area if you can more ... hide ...
