Super rude and unprofessional My mother is in a wheelchair and started her application online She did not complete the application although she paid the application fees etc I called and informed Peyton Ridge that my mothers application online was incomplete and asked if she could come into office to complete in person The woman who answered the phone said she was the only person working and complained about all the things that she was responsible for doing She basically said that my mother could come in but she would not be able to assist her in completing the application I told her that I would be there with her so that was not required I was given a datetime and when we arrived the same lady had no clue what were were talking about and denied that she was the person I spoke to She was ignorant and rude They can keep whatever fees my mom paid she is not interested in being around ignorant rude people who lie right in your facennThanks for the reply however I have ZERO interest in having a dialogue with a liar Traveling with someone in a wheelchair is challenging and you sat right our face and lied when we arrived for the appointment that you scheduled more ... hide ...

I been living here now for about 2years I think The staff are absolutely amazing I love it here so much I just need to go to the activities more lol But its so awesome that I finally found my true home I give this place 10000 stars if I could

I moved out in September or 2020 I completed a housing application in March of 2021 and it was denied because I owe this apartment complex money I sent an email with my forwarding address and even paid a bill from them that had my new information on it so I was extremely confused as to how I wasnt notified about owing money I called left voicemails sent emails and couldnt get an answer When someone did answer the phone they said theyd call me back and never did I live in LA now and had a friend of mines go up to the office to try and get documentation for me the office told him theyd email me and of course they didnt While on a trip to Jacksonville I went up there called while outside and was told theyd call me back after they were done with their meeting I sat outside and watched the meeting leave and no call I sat out front because they wouldnt answer the door and the lady came out saying Id have to wait for her to come back from lunch I waited 15mins after she came back she said that I was being charged over 300 in cleaning fees I asked to see documentation and she said itll be mailed out that was 3 weeks ago still nothing no call or email either more ... hide ...

My friend Kshordy was recently forced by law enforcement to move out of the apartments so I took his room Its very nice that people are so concerned of where he is Constantly asking my neighbors when he will get back and how they are waiting for him Never will you find a community so supportive to bring a friend back from jail
