The people at Ryan Oaks are very efficient the paper work was done correctly the apt was ready for me to move in they encouraged me to fill out the paper if there were any issues the neighbors are friendly so far my experience is a great one The maintenence came right over to fix my request the same day this was great

Love the complex in general and I wanted to give a 5 star for sense of urgency because they came almost immediately after I spoke with them about my water heater going out but I have to give a 3 star my water still isnt hot it gets a little warm only for about 5 minutes and then its cold again

Have a friend that moved here love the setup area amenities are great best of all only eligible for seniors no kids Im getting at that point when you have medical issues a lot of apartments with kids adult drama is too much Have a waiting list but Im definitely checking it out
