I have live in a couple of apartments in Jacksonville and I can help you out by telling you to not even consider this place as an option It may look appealing because of the location and price but thats how they get you At the end of the day they will charge you for unnecessary things while living there and moving out There was mold all over the bathrooms and the vents and it all gets blamed on the tenant We had mold in our dishwasher and when we mentioned it to them they just said oh just wipe it off I continuously cleaned the mold and it would just grow back The people that run the place are absolutely terrible If you hate people so much you should not be working at a place that deals with people and where they live When we were moving in a woman in the office tried to trap us in a lease that we would not qualify for and gave us a four hours notice to submit all of these documents otherwise we would forfeit our place and be left homeless It just goes to show all of the things that they will try and pull over you They also made us pay for all of the different facilities that they had but more than half of them were never open for the entire time we lived there TERRIBLE PLACE more ... hide ...

Building was oldhuge roach problem and overly crowded I was treated unfairly my landlord Mark was a joke horrible communication and untrustworthy Jacksonville has alot of other options please do not rent from here

Do not move here not worth the money it looks nice but not worth it Ive lived here 4 months with my brother and within those 4 months 1 our apartment was walked into at 4am by a random guy 2 our neighbors car was slammed into by a drunk driver that took off in the middle of the night 3 the sprinklers smell terrible and flood the side walk and parking lot because theyve been broken for 2 months 3 the front gates have been left open all day and all night long because theyre broken for the last 3 MONTHS 4 my brothers and my own motorcycles were damaged because someone tried to steal them from the parking lot luckily the neighbor scared them away by yelling 4 the cameras dont work as an employee told me that 5 this place just sucks I dont even feel comfortable parking my car outside as 2 neighbors told me their cars were broken into with their windows smashed 6 theres a homeless camp right in the entrance on the other side of the pond theyve been there for a while Do not move here 3 separate neighbors have told me they cant wait to move and we cant wait either more ... hide ...
