If I could give no stars I would Even negative stars I would By far the most unprofessional and biased staff Ive ever met They take sides with their friends and dont care about anything You have a tenant screwing somebody in the office and they are adjusting her rent to where she doesnt pay anything and they know about it You have tenants that are that starting altercations with other tenants and nothing is done They dont care about safety They evict people who stand up for themselves against other tenants antics They dont fix anything and then want to take your deposit after youve put in multiple work orders or situations that have happened Stay away at all cost The only time they do anything is when corporate is coming down Not safe for families They say they have security but theres no security out here whatsoever Even the Jacksonville sheriffs office says this complex is a nuisance Office staff is a joke the apartments are trash and they are not what they advertise to be more ... hide ...

As a former tenant of this place for 5 years It took me a week for them to send me a new washer Maintenance Man was making big fuss about my daughters toys being out and playing them than fixing washer or order me one Trash compactor people dont throw in vnyet when I spoke to the property manager Emilia she said it was my responsibility to call the garbage p 2022-04-01T10:27:29Z
