This place has the WORST customer service I called numerous of times with no calls answered My mom was given the cold shoulder and the worst customer service when she went in for the second time to complain her light wasnt working The lady whom by the way is frustrated of life because only a human who isnt happy in there daily life responds and talks the way 2020-07-01T15:07:22Z

A dance competition was held there in one of the event spaces The chairs were terribly uncomfortable Most people stood for 15 hours rather than sit in them It smelled like farm animals and diesel fuel Apparently a rodeo had been held there the previous weekend Concessions were only available until 3pm yet we were there until 11pm with no breaks to go get foo 2022-04-03T12:09:08Z

The quality of life has change a lot in the past months The hallways are dirty all the time people smoking out of assigned areas suspicious behaviors loud music at the gazebo during weekdays It is sad it is my 3rd year living here but unfortunately the administration simply do not care they only work on Wednesday and last Wednesday they were closed because 2019-12-17T02:17:47Z

Ive said this before about 6 months ago and Im saying it again because I still dont see any changes in the issues I addressed back then So I think the staff here is excellent and I always see them working so hard to try to keep up with things Yet no matter how stressful things get they still respond with a wave and a smile Ive been under some hard times keep 2021-07-20T06:45:14Z
Ive said this before about 6 months ago and Im saying it again because I still dont see any changes in the issues I addressed back then So I think the staff here is excellent and I always see them working so hard to try to keep up with things Yet no matter how stressful things get they still respond with a wave and a smile Ive been under some hard times keeping up with the rent I so appreciate the patience and gratitude they have still given me for being here even while waiting for my Our Florida rental assistance to come through if it hasnt already This is why Im giving it 4 stars The reason I didnt give it a 5 is because I still think the issues of them needing more help is at hand I think they are overworked as it is So maybe hiring an extra person or two to deal with the trash situation around the mailbox area the dumpster area and all around the complex along with cleaning up the duck poop everywhere would be very helpful for everyone more ... hide ...

I have lived here for approximately 35 years and every time I make a maintenance request it is normally handled within a day or I am being notified of the delay and reason So far I am very pleased with the prompt response and the service that I have received If they were unable to fix my issue they replaced the items very quick and efficiently not hindering 2022-03-25T14:56:10Z
