SEMI UPDATED ROACH HOTELnnBefore even viewing their apartments READ THEIR REVIEWSnThis place is by far THE WORST apartment complex I have ever lived innnAfter 3 days of moving in I wanted to pack up and get outnI was 2 months pregnant when I moved in The minute we opened the door of the updated apartment I new it would be a nightmare The smell of mold was unexplainable My Fianc called the Manager to speak about the smell and how you could simply not breath in there She went over the apartment took off her mask took a deep breath in and said I dont see what you are talking about This place smells great to me I should know I inspected it Theres simply nothing I can do We had a humidifier for over TWO weeks just pulling energy because it simply wasnt enough for the mold we called the manager again and She said not sure what it could be maybe the carpet is dirty I dont remember if the floor was put in after we cleaned the carpet This answer was Not surprising The manager even lacks of knowledge regarding protocol and procedures for cleaning and inspecting her apartmentsnnOn numerous occasions we received letters and calls accusing us with NO PROOF of smoking throwing cigs on the floor Stealing a car parking sticker And lets not forget about the letter stating we werent allowed to have doormats EVERY OTHER APARTMENT HAD A DOOR MATTnThis place just makes you feel TARGETED 100 by their Managing team when being accused with no proof what so evernnWhen inputting a maintenance request you yourself as the attendant had follow up with them daily on getting things resolved In less then year we had about 6 water leaks never fully fixable only patched down Costing us monthly a much bigger water bill and when Humidifiers were needed which was always a very high light billnnOh and BEWARE OF THE ROACH INFESTATIONnAlmost every week fumigation was needed You could not wake up in the middle of the night with out seeing roaches crawling everywhere This place is just simply TERRIBLEnnManagement here is by far the most UNPROFFESSIONAL department of this entire organization in the year we lived there NOTHING was ever resolved by any of themnnI will say the only person that deserves any type of appreciation is Mr Hector from Maintenance Thank you Hector for being the ONLY person in Polo Run Apartments that knows how to get their job done more ... hide ...

If I could Rate it minus stars I would No one is ever st the office to check for availability They took my application fee and holding fee for a place that doesnt exist and told after I specified my move in date that I can go on a waiting list If you are unrestricted the price is more than what you would pay in luxury places with more amenities Do not waste 2022-04-23T12:24:09Z

I Love The San Juan Senior Apartmentsncomplex living here is Awesome very friendly staff you get to meet and have fun with many Seniors we have many activities weekly Club house Court Yard Library Computer room Exercise room Hot pool outside Dog park Special Occasion Parties and lots of cameras its very quiet and clean Convient areas close to everything Th 2020-02-28T19:44:54Z

Terrible office staff including management You can call all day they wont RESPOND but theyre sitting in their office 95 Any noise complaints oh well send out a letter thats laughable because the noise wont end Loud carsloud music noisy neighbors at all times of the day not even the corporate office is of help Your car will be towed or a green sticker will be 2022-05-25T19:51:31Z
