I recently moved to Lake Wales because of work and I love it here The management is GREAT Everyone is friendly and the apartments are nice and clean It appears Carillon Place was able to get the previous filth out and quality people back in I think Ill be staying here for a while I would definitely recommend this complex to any interested parties
