My DAUGHTER lived out there for 2 yrs never had a problem with the LANDLORD nor RESIDENTS i think its a nice place to live but its also what u make out of it my baby stayed to HERSELF wrk n HOME if she move back to Madison i would most definitely recommend her to go back there

They had inspection every month when i lived there back in 2007 maybe things have changed now but it was a noisey ghetto mess with people standing outside your window talking and on your porch

the projects have got a little better than what it was cause that place was not a good place to stay back then but know its peaceful and nice

I honestly dont think I can come up with bad things about this complex Some of the residents are snobby but other than that this place is wonderful My family is so lucky to have found this place when we moved up north The office staff is honestly the best of any apartment or home Ive lived in The women in office makes you feel like family She cares more abou 2019-05-31T18:13:08Z
I honestly dont think I can come up with bad things about this complex Some of the residents are snobby but other than that this place is wonderful My family is so lucky to have found this place when we moved up north The office staff is honestly the best of any apartment or home Ive lived in The women in office makes you feel like family She cares more about the people and the quality of the complex than anyone else Ive met Maintenance is amazing too They respond quicker than most places If they cant fix your problem right then and there they will help you with a temporary solution until they can I wanted to rent a home this year and decided to sign another lease simply because of the office staff There is also officers that patrol this place and 2 officers who live here which really help with making you feel safe You will fall in love with this apartment complex more ... hide ...
