Came to visit family not even an hour here and they tow the car The visitor parking sign is hidden behind branches of trees and they expect you to see And all other parking spaces have no number or signs so how are visitors supposed to know the difference Even residents dont know where they are even allowed to park If anyone knows who is in charge apart from 2021-02-25T18:17:15Z

If I was able to give even less than that i would this place sucks Let me tell you a little bit about my experience with them First nothing works Nothing ever elevators gates emergency exit doors management they take about a month to fix anything that brakes in or out of your apartment the place is most of the time dirty specially the stairs in the parking b 2017-04-03T20:23:26Z
If I was able to give even less than that i would this place sucks Let me tell you a little bit about my experience with them First nothing works Nothing ever elevators gates emergency exit doors management they take about a month to fix anything that brakes in or out of your apartment the place is most of the time dirty specially the stairs in the parking building if you take them the smell of urine will give you an insentive to go updown even faster cable is a piece of art and they will not let you change it otherwise they will lose the ability to charge for it internet in the area is extremely slow to the point of it is imposible to have two devices at the same time connected people from management are extremely rude for no reason when I say rude I mean you will be afraid to go and talk to them and they do not even help you the mantanaceclining yeah they make them do both are the only nice people around But all of this is nothing nothiiing compare to the fear of being stabbed or getting your belonging stolen I witnessed this at first hand This place is the most irresponsible Ive ever seen and I have been around in regards to your safety They broke into my car repeatedly for months at the beginning I just reported after the third time I went to ask for some sort of explanation or some plan to do something about it to which the manager replied that they were not responsible for my safety in the building Not kidding after the third time in less than two months this person said that Im not the only one that went trough this i started asking around and apparently they brake into cars every night literally you can see the windows broken into pieces in the floor every day To top it off they do not apologize they look at you like garbage and tell you to leave since they wont do anything I got tired of arguing back and forth and after the fifth time I asked for videos to show to the police which also do nothing but obviously they said I am not able to get them not like it would matter since most of the cameras in the building dont work I would advice not to move there because if you add all what you are going to pay to repair your carapartment yes several neighbors also got their apartments broken into it would end up the same as paying for an apartment in brickell Really do not go there more ... hide ...

Yes be aware that restroom outside of the gym thats not for residentsonly for employees so if u need to used for any specific reasons YOU as a resident are no allowed to used at all no enough parking available for residents so u have to park outside on you own expense on top of that u need cards to enter the building and for the use of the elevator basically 2019-10-04T16:06:48Z

I live here lol Been here for about 8ish years For the most part is calm and its a gated community but it does have some occurances from time to time but its normal

Management sucks If youre not Dominican theyll overlook your application Parking rules are unfair The maintenance guy Lazarito kisses ass so that he wont get fired after being discovered snorting cocaine He will overlook any major maintenance problems such as AC failure just so that he wont have to do the hard labor and save the company money They dont updat 2017-11-20T17:10:35Z
Management sucks If youre not Dominican theyll overlook your application Parking rules are unfair The maintenance guy Lazarito kisses ass so that he wont get fired after being discovered snorting cocaine He will overlook any major maintenance problems such as AC failure just so that he wont have to do the hard labor and save the company money They dont update their appliances regardless if your stove is malfunctioning Theyll probably blame you and look at you crazy The lady named YazminDominican that works in the front lives on the property and has her boyfriend living with her as well Which is PROHIBITED on the lease In other words nobody should be living at your apartment if theyre not on the contract EXCEPT her She can have her boyfriend living with her She gives an automatic access code to those individuals that get along with her so that they wont have any issues coming in through the gate without having to use their access key The traffic that accumulates at the gate due to the parents picking up their children from the daycarepreschool located next to the office always gives the residence a hard time when theyre trying to enter the property The one way in and out entranceexit is a major SAFETY ISSUE that they dont care about since they permanently locked every other entranceexit The apartments are infested with roaches termite and creepy crawlers that come out from the ground Those living on the first floor will experience those insects the most They take two hour lunch breaks when in reality theyre only supposed to take an hour Maria is like an aggressive bulldog she is not approachable and is extremely aggressive These individuals have built an unacceptable culture in this community They dont know what ethics means and definitely dont care to practice diversity at this specific location I was a resident at this location and moving out was the best decision I made more ... hide ...

Excellent safe community The managements is very nice they go out of the way to make you feel comfortable
