The apartment is nice and Ive lived here since I was 21 The property manager Raul has no people skill and cannot hold a conversation without talking down to you I strongly feel discriminated against or that hes abusing his power I reported a leak a week or more ago I received a very unprofessional accusatory email I called to inquire and Raul stated that th 2018-06-05T22:44:05Z
The apartment is nice and Ive lived here since I was 21 The property manager Raul has no people skill and cannot hold a conversation without talking down to you I strongly feel discriminated against or that hes abusing his power I reported a leak a week or more ago I received a very unprofessional accusatory email I called to inquire and Raul stated that the leak is over two years and we are to be blamed because we had to know about it and the apartment below had file numerous complaints I stated if the carpet was not wet there was no way to determine if there was a leak and as mentioned the tenant downstairs complained and no one look to see where it was coming from He even implied that we were nasty and this guy came to the how 2 or more weeks ago and did an inspection Ive never been treated in this way and my next course of action is the corporate office I pay my rent so I dont understand the need to talk down to anyone I will not recommend anyone to this apartment more ... hide ...

I would give this place no stars but not possible Please do not believe good reviews when you need something done in your apartment they will do it if you leave a good review Lived her for 2 years never paid late always waited forever to have something fixed Pool is never open parking is horrible You have to end up parking around the block only to walk over homeless people that sleep on the sidewalk I moved from this place because my hallway was getting flooded everyday for 3 months and never got fixed i only had 2 months left on my lease but since they breached the contract and didnt fix the leak I had to move I fell due to the flood and so did my son I was nice enough to pay the last month left my deposit gave them 30 days and left everything clean Theses people have the nerve to put on my credit a 250 charge that at first was said to be for washerdryer rental then i was told it was for not giving notice which i did I have been trying to contact them for several months they hardly pick up my calls and when they do they tell me the manager will get back to me she never does I have sent various emails they do not respond Theses people are very unprofessional the next step will be legal action I believe that they do this to people all the time This has to be illegal I have pictures of my bruises and video of my flooded hallway These people should be ashamed of themselves Jenny Guzman I am still waiting on your call months of back and forth with the receptionist and I still have not received a call from you Very unprofessional more ... hide ...

My humble opinion I leave here I have lived in several condominiums and the I really believe that this is the only one worth saying that the MAINTENANCE staff is 100 feasible this site has an incredible team its not only that they are super friendly polite and at the time they need them they are__ thanks

Lived here for 5 yrs Great location everything is close by like drug stores home depot la fitness publix restaurants gas station Maintenance was always prompted to take care of any issues and they keep the place clean Never had an issue with management The down side is that the people there drive with the garage on top on their cars sometimes it falls off a 2021-02-27T21:09:11Z

This is a very beautiful property I absolutely love walking through the community and looking at all the improvement and renovations They have great amenities and the staff is super friendly and professional The property manager has gone above and beyond with assisting me through my move in process Thank You

Pinnacle Lake apartment that is now rename Aspen Lake is the worst experience I ever had while leaving there my 8000 my motorcycle had been stolen and I did a police report and theres no word about my bike Second my personal pick up truck have been towing by they towing company and the reason given by Aspen Lake office is because I wrote For Sale on it Which 2019-09-25T17:09:10Z
Pinnacle Lake apartment that is now rename Aspen Lake is the worst experience I ever had while leaving there my 8000 my motorcycle had been stolen and I did a police report and theres no word about my bike Second my personal pick up truck have been towing by they towing company and the reason given by Aspen Lake office is because I wrote For Sale on it Which doesnt make sense to me because thats my everyday driving car insurance and registration current on it Every since the building been an Aspen Lake everything went wrong and I had leave there for two years and 4 months I saw the transformation of Pinnacle Lake to Aspen Lake and one agreement or condition or promise that was writing in my contract with the building is that if I stay there for two years and pay on time never been late if I decide to buy a home while leaving there and as a first time home buyer after doing the closing on home to provide Pinnacle Lake or Aspen Lake a copy the deed as proof of purchase and they will return my deposit and a 5 toward my closing costs Now is been three months I have not seen my deposit nor my 5 closing costs and now I have to hire a lawyer to handle the case Finally I would tell anyone that have attention of moving there not to at Aspen Lake apartment more ... hide ...

Although the apartment complex is conveniently located to many restaurants shops and tourist attractions the office manager and staff is consistently rude condescending disrespectful too relaxed and unprofessional The women working in the office seems racist and sexist Oh the office manager and staff has poor telephone etiquette
