The place is pretty quiet with a nice courtyard in the center but management is very poornn1 Papermade walls make you feel like in a hostel if you dont mind to hear the neighbor sneezing snoring yawning thats oknn2 When your are renting the manager says you can park in any free space what she dont tell you is that all covered packing spaces are occupied by o

The place is pretty quiet with a nice courtyard in the center but management is very poornn1 Papermade walls make you feel like in a hostel if you dont mind to hear the neighbor sneezing snoring yawning thats oknn2 When your are renting the manager says you can park in any free space what she dont tell you is that all covered packing spaces are occupied by old tenants and staff some of them have two or three spaces and remains free most of the timenn3 She said will give you a key to open all doors but after movingin refuse to give the back door which just she uses so people living in the back have to do a long walk all around the building to get insidenn4 People smoke all around the balconies stairs and corridors should be the opposite because most of the people living there are retireesnn5 The air conditioning is always getting frozen and maintenance people dont know how to repair so besides is hot we pay 100130 to FPL for a very small 22nn6 Theres no privacy at all the manager is very intrusive and goes inside your apartment for nothing she knocks twice and is already inside with the excuse that is checking if everything is well

Vanessa the property manager is very unprofessional disrespectful rude and nasty Individual who should not work with elderly people She has no sense of urgency when it comes to making sure business is taken care of She gets slick at the mouth when confronted with her wrong doing I would not trust her with my dog

It has had an interesting history to say the least Former tenant from early 2000s and this was my most fondly remembered childhood home Lived in 502 at the time and honestly it wasnt the best nor worse of neighborhoods Stairwell doors were broken and smelled ofwell lets avoid that Point being while I moved out I kept tabs on things for memorys sake Actually

It has had an interesting history to say the least Former tenant from early 2000s and this was my most fondly remembered childhood home Lived in 502 at the time and honestly it wasnt the best nor worse of neighborhoods Stairwell doors were broken and smelled ofwell lets avoid that Point being while I moved out I kept tabs on things for memorys sake Actually became friends with the person who moved in after our family and a cousin moved in to an apartment on the second floor a few years later Long story short I see what the place has become and not much has changed but those little changes done have gone a long way In another state at the time of writing this and asked a old friend how the place is and its a bit of childhood nostalgia to know it is in a good state
