I want to share with the future residents of this building 4 months have passed since the date of moving to Muze at Met The location is very good everything is nearby Park CVS Whole Foods the apartments are well renovated these are all good moments in Muze I put one star for the delivery of parcels from Amazon UPS and other companies its just terrible knowing that the parcel will come my mood deteriorates since the search for my parcel can take from 10 minutes or more it resembles some kind of Escape room The MUZE manager should have allocated a larger room for the Locker room The worst thing about this is that you often dont find your parcel anyone can get them Another moment gets another star is the elevator the algorithm of the elevator is surprising very often you have to wait for the elevator for 510 minutes Considering that there are 4 elevators Turning off the heating of the pool the building management decided that it was not necessary for the residents And the water in their opinion in the pool is excellent Residents used to enjoy warm water more often and it is impossible to do this for two months And the most terrible moment is that today the Valet guy delivered the car to us and we found that the car was robbed in the garage the valet guy simply did not close the car and very expensive things glasses sunglasses and a bag were stolen from the car 120 Valet this price includes waiting for a car for about 30 minutes and its great if your car is served to you and not another theft in the car and also there are cases the car may have scratches I recommend new residents to consider another place of residence the cost of apartments has increased by 600 in 4 months more ... hide ...

After months of finding an apartment that I could comfortably afford and that I felt was safe I accepted this one They are currently under new management and it shows as immediate concerns are being addressed in a timely manner The view out to the lake is pleasant and the groundskeeper does a good job of keeping the surrounding areas pristine The process for 2022-06-22T17:42:48Z
After months of finding an apartment that I could comfortably afford and that I felt was safe I accepted this one They are currently under new management and it shows as immediate concerns are being addressed in a timely manner The view out to the lake is pleasant and the groundskeeper does a good job of keeping the surrounding areas pristine The process for approval was QUICK So quick that they work on a first come first serve bases and I actually missed out on the first united I viewed because I didnt move fast enough to put down my deposit The complex is changing rapidly as people from LA and NYC move in I LOVE the idea of having 24hr human security on the property that you can actually see walkdriving around in the parking lot I also notice that there are several City of Miami Police Officers who live in the complex I was fortunate to get in before the second hike in rent Hopefully they do not hit me with a high increase when it comes time to renew Oh and as for the bugs well they have been heavy at attacking this issue and quick to respond to request My hope is that now that new tents are moving in and renovations are happening ongoing treatment of units will help to reduces this concern But I am certainly keeping an eye out because I am not interested in paying rent for unwanted guest bugs TCL more ... hide ...

Where do I began These past two years at Vista Palms has been the worst ever The neighbors are very freaking nosey the playground is always filthy because management placed it in the middle of the apartment buildings WITHOUT a freaking trash bin the parking lot is always flooded whenever it rains and its always so nastyyyy by the dumpster It has gotten so nasty that weve gained another community pet but this time its a RACOON All of my visitors say that I live in the ghetto and I am embarrassed to invite anyone to my house Maybe this is okay with some but for me this is pitiful I will not renew my lease By the way This furniture has been here for several days I will upload pics of the playground area very soon more ... hide ...
