I personally would not recommend this apartment complex to no one The apartment interior is so out dated ran down and poorly maintenance There are two onsite maintenance workers neither of them speak English and can hardly understand a word you say Never properly fix anything all they do is patch up work AC always stop working Property manager is very unpro 2022-03-01T17:58:16Z
I personally would not recommend this apartment complex to no one The apartment interior is so out dated ran down and poorly maintenance There are two onsite maintenance workers neither of them speak English and can hardly understand a word you say Never properly fix anything all they do is patch up work AC always stop working Property manager is very unprofessional Assist is rude and racist Parking is terrible Suppose to be one parking sticker per unit but depending on your race you can get additional The office assist will call the tow truck to come pick up your car with a parking decal on purpose just to be nasty and say it was parked incorrectly Your apartment can be located in the front but if your not home by 7pm you will have to park in the back around the corner because theres three cars at one apartment all with decals The pool is always close ALWAYS The laundry rooms are always dirty only one washer working at a time Cannot call property manager or anybody in the office during office hours they will sit there and listen to the phone ring they never pick up the phone Rent is steady increasing but nothing looks better but the outside of these apartments The pool is green today sadly the pictures are lying Theres nothing guaranteed over here but your car being towed more ... hide ...

The apartments are not that bad but the people who works in the office has toxic energy I keep my distance Very strict about receiving rent on time but told me upon moving out I wont receive my deposit until 4 months I asked for a number to speak to cooperate they refuse to give it to me I cannot find it online Washers Dryers are Trash My front door was p 2019-08-01T15:54:07Z
