This apartment has a lack of professionalism I applied to these apartments and paid a 150 holding fee on 04182022 I understood it was a waiting list Im obviously human and cant wait forever so Ive found me a new place with availability Ive requested to have my holding fee returned and they stated We cant return it because Im sure you knew it was a waiting list when you applied Nowhere on the application does it state its non refundable It only states is non refundable if you do not enter a lease within 72hrs Ive reached out multiple times Ive left voicemails Nobody has reached out yet last time I reached out somebody took my number and said a manager would call I still have gotten no call Its extremely sad places like this were built to bring better affordable housing to the community but its a bait and switch once you apply Ive stopped by the office a few times nobody has the decency to open the door because you have to be buzzed it I feel avoided and its extremely disappointing more ... hide ...

I usually dont write reviews but I strongly the need to about this place Management has proven to be unprofessional only bullying a certain group of residents in Wagner creek Many people who do not reside in the building continue to park inside of the parking garage without a parking decal leaving no parking spaces for the actual residents Leaving the residents to park on the road or inside the parking garage near the elevators only to face parking violations Its unfair and something needs to be done about this Parking notices go out about cars will be towed away if they are in violation or have no parking decal but thats not true no cars actually get towed away what Olga and Crystal are doing is targeting certain group of residents after they have parked in a parking area they are not supposed to after there are no more parking spaces Crystal one of the Managment has 2 parking spots with one of her cars broken down and has a flat tire and thats a violation alone yet she chooses to target certain residents complaining that they are parking in her parking spots when there are actually no assigned parking in the garage This situation needs to be rectified as soon as possible Also there is a guy on the 8th floor named Francisco he steal packages and has not been penalized at all This guy even openly practices voodoo and witchcraft on the other residents constantly brings them to his apartment for sacrifices and ceremonies I have even eyewitness evidence him pouring wax on the back windshield of residents car late at night This place is trash and it needs a new management team right away more ... hide ...

My mother moved in to the Smathers Phase I building at the end of December 2019 while the building was still being renovated Sometime last year there was a water leak probably from a pipe a floor above which leaked through the bathroom ceiling and walls and into the laminate flooring causing some damage to them Various times she has asked the office to have 2021-10-07T20:56:00Z
My mother moved in to the Smathers Phase I building at the end of December 2019 while the building was still being renovated Sometime last year there was a water leak probably from a pipe a floor above which leaked through the bathroom ceiling and walls and into the laminate flooring causing some damage to them Various times she has asked the office to have someone fix the damaged drywall ceiling that is cracking and the split laminate to no avail The maintenance guy has come a couple of times inspects and leaves Never came back HOWEVER the worst problem in this building is the issues with the elevators which many residents have complained to the office about To this day every now and then the elevator doesnt work and on occasion there have been residents who have been stuck inside Yesterday and today the elevator had issues where it didnt work and my poor 73 year old mother had to haul her groceries up the flight of stairs to the 9th floor It is beyond disgraceful that whoever is managing this building hasnt bothered to find a solution to this ongoing issue To add insult to injury they are raising her rent and others I assume in November with issues problems such as these present How can a place that is meant for the well being peace of mind and more importantly SAFETY of elderly parents and family members not do the right thing for them I am writing this because I feel that people need to be aware of this in the hopes that it may help someone make a sound decision for their loved ones I have pictures and dates of what I state in here If something isnt done soon I plan on writing the district commissioner and contacting local media Enough is enough more ... hide ...

Its been a year living here I love the area very convenient to my daughter school and work I love living in this apartment its comfortable and clean like new the ac gets very cold has a dish washer washer and dryer what I love is if you have any issues with your place they come out and check whats wrong and fix it thats a plus also it have a mini gym where y 2020-02-21T20:27:11Z
Its been a year living here I love the area very convenient to my daughter school and work I love living in this apartment its comfortable and clean like new the ac gets very cold has a dish washer washer and dryer what I love is if you have any issues with your place they come out and check whats wrong and fix it thats a plus also it have a mini gym where you can get a workout in and to add Raquel whos the assist Manager shes great she always greet you with a big smile and is always interested in what you have to say she always help me with any concerns or questions great communication skills Always a pleasure talking with her and Krystal as well I would recommend this apartment complex if I had one thing to mention thats an issue with the place is the parking its a hassle to park there isnt enough parking spaces more ... hide ...
