I had a bad experience when visiting this apartment Ive visited many apartments during the last month and have never come across this situation I came in to tour the apartments in pearl dadeland and parked my car where it said future resident parking I got fined 45 because no one at the leasing office told me that my car had to be registered I was scheduled 2020-06-15T17:44:27Z
I had a bad experience when visiting this apartment Ive visited many apartments during the last month and have never come across this situation I came in to tour the apartments in pearl dadeland and parked my car where it said future resident parking I got fined 45 because no one at the leasing office told me that my car had to be registered I was scheduled to tour apartments so they knew I was there They refused to waive the fee and the parking company also denied my appeal I parked there for one hour and I find it unprofessional how they couldnt sympathize with me since no one warned me that I should have registered the car They said there is a sign that shows that the car must be registered however the sign has such a small print that it is easy to miss I think it should be the responsibility of the leasing office to disclose this information when Im coming to visit their apartments to consider giving them money and renting from them It is a disappointment because I was heavily considering moving there but after meeting with the management team I have now made up my mind that they are unprofessional and do not care about customer service more ... hide ...

I would recommend the people to move here is a beautiful place very quiet and clean I would like to thank Mary at the office She was so nice educated sweet and professional and cares for the people dealing with all paperwork and application And very patient she run the extra mile I notice that residents like her and she treat them like family So happy to soo 2022-04-13T18:23:47Z
