Ive been living here for over 2 years the staff at the office are lazy When an issue presents itself that needs to be resolved they avoid your phone calls and emails Due to omicron cases their office is now closed so theres no way to show up at the office to get their attention and actually do something Its always something with the office staff and their office constantly changing their schedule so it makes it hard for the residents to get immediate assistance Im very disappointed with the customer service and the treatment we get from the office staff Very poor and unprofessional behavior Chessie I believe thats her name is rude gives an attitude over the phone Doesnt even let you finish your sentence when explaining the situation No etiquette training whatsoever They dont know how to reply to emails professionally and when after 20 emails sending back to back to get a reply they reply basically giving no solution to help They do not care The first year living here they would avoid phone calls as well when I was trying to get minor things resolved Until you go to the office and see that they are completely ignoring your calls Now I believe thats why they avoid keeping the office open so they wouldnt have to deal in person with resolving residents situations 2 years living here and we never even disturbed management or anything but now that we need assistance regarding our lease that was an error on their end they are not fixing the issue Weve given them our correct emails prior to this situation before and theyve never even corrected it until now Ive called all week my emails clearly say to return my phone call and when they do reply that one time leaving you with no help at all dont even bother to call you Basically left my problem half way resolved Im still waiting for them to adjust the 300 balance on my portal for the month to month fee which is incorrect because we signed the lease Its not complicated but they prefer to avoid phone calls and emails which make tenants frustrated I understand how customer service works everything can be resolved in a timely manner At least email the resident back that you will call the resident back Its just completely unprofessional Mind you We started rent for a studio at 925 then 950 now 1000 Every year they raise about 50 Now out of the 4 gates only 1 works and its been about 4 month or so that they have yet to fix So everyone that lives by the leasing office has to be coming out of the complex the wrong way by the only 1 entrance there is I wish I didnt have to renew my lease but this would be my last year with this place The staff need serious etiquette training They need completely new staff at the office because no one cares to work there Im sorry to say it but thats the truth Those who lived here long enough know

Okay so this is an income restricted apartment complex and just because of that these people think they own you They pop up at your door several times A WEEK Always to complain or reprimand you for SOMETHING The maintenance worker is not qualified to do their job at all They take forever to fix anything and when they fix anything they just make a mess in you

Okay so this is an income restricted apartment complex and just because of that these people think they own you They pop up at your door several times A WEEK Always to complain or reprimand you for SOMETHING The maintenance worker is not qualified to do their job at all They take forever to fix anything and when they fix anything they just make a mess in your apartment or it way worse The office staff are rude and condescending and have an attitude for every little thing They dont know how to communicate without being rude There are a million rules you cant have anything on your back porch not even a kids toy or anything They will send you threatening letters in your door for anything they decide is against the rules at any moment The neighborhood is absolutely horrible There is always a terrible shooting or stabbing at every corner in the area The traffic is the worst due to the stadium being down the block There is never any parking people fight over parking spaces because they are not assigned The office will try to charge you for everything They sent letters that people were breaking into cars and stealing on several occasions You ask them to change your lock and they try to charge you As if it is your fault their complex is NOT SAFE The security is a JOKE The guard is a little old man that sits on a chair and falls asleep Im so glad i moved out of this HELL HOLE

I currently live in this rental community and to be honest and transparent I am dissatisfied Most recently my AC was disconnected by the maintenance worker of the complex and me and my three children were forced to sleep in heat Although there are ceiling fans they provided no relief to the Miami heat After writing an email of my full frustration and what my family endure while living here there was no lack of empathy or understanding from Ashley Property Manager I was simply told there was a miscommunication and no apology was delivered for the lack of miscommunication on their part As mentioned previously in other reviews maintenance fixes nothing and may not be fully qualified or trained to do so Please note this is a issue that existed prior to the current pandemic so do not be fooled I am failing to understand how a large rental community only has one employee and if that employee is not available no services are available to paying tenants If a could post this review with zero stars I would but being that I want others to hear my experience and make a better decision on renting from a property that will actually care I am convinced those who are giving this rental community more stars are either friends or family of Solabella employees Why There is no way those with complaints have similar complaints unless there is truth behind those complaints Also those posting more stars have no detailed experiences written please use caution

Run and dont turn back the reviews are clearly from someone who doesnt live here or probably friends with the leasing agents There is NO PARKING in the buildings at night and they recently sent out a massive email talking about towing cars if youre in the handicap spaces When trying to sign onto the website for residents it NEVER work They have one maintenance worker fixing everything which your house ends up on the back burner until he can get around to you They spend more time in CEDAR GROVE apartments instead of EMERALD DUNES and this Cindy Hines lady who sends out the massive Emails ARE NOT INVOLVED in the community as she should be because if she was she would see how its actually falling apart You can sit behind a desk or a phone and send out emails but cant keep a complex that youre in charge of together How do you fix the laundry facility the broken gym and the pool but cant fix the issues residents have in the apartments

My experience with Cedar Grove apartments They are very fair but sometimes they not they maintain it its a little slow For the years that Ive been living here They are good place to live at leave it I just hate the prices just go up it hurts when the prices are going up cause a lot of people who dont have any money or cant afford to make the payments of rent
