Been on there waiting list for about a year now and Ive literally bounced all of the place Ive seen my spot go down and go right back to the old spot and I feel like the only reason its going down is because a lot of the applicants are withdrawing no emails about it no phone calls no heads up nothing I just signed up for the waiting list for apartments and e 2021-05-05T01:42:16Z

I have a relative that lives here and she hates it due too the fact that The manager is very rudeThe custodians are very rude also and the apartments are always filled with roachesThey have people who come every month too spray but they dont really sprayThe people who work their talk about all the people who live there in a small group everyday and act like 2021-07-15T19:16:22Z

ROADS ARE HORRIBLE If I could give no stars I would I drove out there yesterday and could not avoid the massive holes in the roads Even with slowing completely down I still managed to ruin my car Phoned the office as soon as I realized it but no one answered I left a message asking for someone to return my call and of course no one did Now Im without a car a 2022-04-21T12:11:15Z

I have been living in the Green Gables Apts now for 7 yrs I have had no big issues with management at all You need simply to make out a work release paper and drop it into the drop box and your problem if any will be fixed ASAP The ONLY problem is some of the people management rent to are VERY noisy play VERY loud music and dont drive carefully in the parkin 2020-11-26T05:27:38Z

Living here at the Morgan at Ocala for the past three years has mostly been satisfying and a pleasure for my family and I because of several factors including location apartment layout and of course the excellent property management services which started with Kaithlyn Wilson and team and continues even now with Cathie and her staff Despite the rising cost of rent here and throughout the wider Ocala we believe 1 the close proximity for work shopping dining banking entertainment and everything city life combined with 2 the spacious and comfy layout of our apartment coupled with 3 the on the ball maintenance services property management makes renting at this apartment a no brainer Our 4 bedroom apartment is just 3 minutes away from everything and it is a joy to just come home to relax in the peace and sanctity of our comfortable space And yes life here like elsewhere is not always perfect but we can see improvements around us every day including better grounds management and greater security measures like 24 hour uniformed guard patrol and onsite camera monitoring With all this said I have to give a special shout out also to Sunni and Rachel for their responsiveness and helpfulness It is clear that Cathie is providing the positive leadership needed and has the right staff in place for continued improvements Our only concern at this time would be for the new owners to look at creative ways of keeping rental rates within the reach of good tenants who want to make the Morgan of Ocala their home more ... hide ...
