I Am A Current Tenant At Berkeley Pointe Former Spring Manor One Thing I Can Guarantee Nothing Has Changed But The Name I Have Been A Tenant Out Here For Two Years And This Is The Last Month I Will Be Here This Place Should Be Shut Down And Bull Dozed Down I Say This Because Of All The Violence Drug Dealing And Conditions Of The Apartments Between The Cheap Construction And Appliances Are Always Failing Ive Been Out Here For 2 Years And We Have Had Several Apartment Managers 5 To Be Exact And Went 3 Months Without One They Dont Have After Hour Maintenance Or Weekend Maintenance But They Do Have Armed Security Theyre Have Been Several Shootings With Masked Men Robberies Fires In Apartments Etc Book Keeping And Accountant Issues With Rent The Office Management Arent Prompt With Responding Back And Lack Communication My Fridge Was Out 4 Days With 250300 In Groceries I Dont Recieve Food Stamps Before They Got A Replacement And Refused To Replace My Groceries Critical Repairs Went Months Before Legal Action Was Threatend To Get Them Repairs But They Have Armed Security And A Gate If U Collect No Assistance U Have To Live Under Same Rules As Those Who Do If U Work And Need Ur Sleep An Upstairs Apartment Would Probably Be Best Because They Wont Do Nothing About The Neighbor That Collects Rent Electric And Foodstamps That Has No Reguards For The Person That Has To Work To Pay Bills Keeping U Up All Night With Kids Riding Rollerskates Bikes Jumping Off Bunk Beds Loud Music Domestic Violence Etc I Cant Wait To Leave Here Theyre Is Trash Kids That Throw Rocks And Damage Ur Car And Property And Berkeley Pointe Is Not Responsible For Ur Car Or If Ur Neighbor Catches Theyre Apartment On Fire And Urs Gets Damaged To So Have Renters And Car Insurance And A Lawyer On Stand By For The Accountant Issues And Repairs I Could Go On And On But This Isnt Even The Half Of It more ... hide ...

I paid the deposit as asked and was on maternity leave when called about the place When they finally had a spot available after waiting months and still on leave I signed a paper to get my 775 deposit back because i could not pay for any bills ect they told me to wait 6 8 weeks for it to come in the mail Ive called to ask about it being told to wait still 9 2018-12-06T22:00:49Z

Ive been living here for almost 3 years now its very affordable because Im a single mother of 3 and a full time nursing student But the management is a joke every since I been here I been asking for a 3 bedroom the manager told me Im on a waiting list Which is fine but the 3 bedroom that has been vacant several times but she always move a Hispanic family in 2017-09-20T09:43:28Z
Ive been living here for almost 3 years now its very affordable because Im a single mother of 3 and a full time nursing student But the management is a joke every since I been here I been asking for a 3 bedroom the manager told me Im on a waiting list Which is fine but the 3 bedroom that has been vacant several times but she always move a Hispanic family in Ive notice no African Americans or Caucasians are tenants in any 3 bedroom units Only certain people in the building I live in get reserved parking because we have 8 units in the building but only 7 parking spaces in front of the building but guess what 3 of the tenants get reserved parking in front of their door Manger Amy Ruiz says they may have disabilities so they need parking directly but n front of their door But one of the ladies that have reserved parking she walks around the entire complex and put the flyers on each resident door I wouldnt recommend this place to no one The manager Amy and president of Jotar mangt Tasha Hale are friend so nothing ever gets done Im only here temporary The maintenance sucks my ac unit broke a few times they come and put something in it But to top it off when maintenance came in they went into my sons room and stole his Dr Dre beats that he received for his birthday After I went through the process got the police report and everything was done Nothing ever happened to the their never let them people in your apartment unless your home The lawn is horrible more ... hide ...
