This might be long but if youre thinking about renting here YOU NEED TO READ THISnNatalia in the office is rude and extremely unpleasantnJuan in maintenance thinks hes a cop and gets into everyone business Maintenance also plays extremely loud music at all different hours of daynight which woke my infant up many many many times Because apparently the no loud music rule doesnt apply to them My oven broke halfway through my lease maintenance came in didnt pull it out or even look at it Told us some dumb excuse and left We ended up having to fix it ourselvesnTwo of my roommates guests had a verbal argument outside of the apartment and management told us they werent allowed back on the property otherwise we would be evicted Well apparently all Spanish men with tattoos look the same to them because they kept mistaking my boyfriendchilds father for the guest involved and kept threatening to evict us and call on him for trespassing when it wasnt even the same mannIf youre new here beware because they only look out for their own They wanted to evict us over what I explained above but some other residents got into fights with batsknivespipesetc with CHILDREN yet they were still allowed to live there with no problemnCops are always in and out because of issues kids run around the street and parking lot with no adult in sight the apartment was very poorly cleaned before we moved in and the INSPECTIONSnThey do apartment inspections like every single month and they supposedly pick random apartments to inspect but tell me how they came to our apartment every single time they had an inspection They came one time and I was breastfeeding I asked if they would give me 5 minutes to just finish feeding my INFANT baby and they refused and came in anyway This is the worst experience I have ever had at any place Ive lived If I could give zero stars I would more ... hide ...

So I called this complex due to it being a low income property and I qualify for for there 2bedroom and 3bedroom units I put myself on the waiting list with a application fee of 85 and a deposit of 200 Application still not being processed Vanessa never informed me that my deposit will not be returned to me if I no loner wanna be on the waiting list I foun 2021-01-13T20:27:27Z

I will never understand the negative reviews that Have been submitted about this place The positive things about Covenant on the Lakes are too many to mention here From the extreme attentiveness and professionalism of the staff to the to the extreme lengths that the maintenance personnel go to in order to make sure that this place is wellmaintained and imma 2020-03-05T17:55:42Z
