Amazing office staff Always willing to help and very sweet people I sometimes end up sitting in the office for a while just talking to them about anything Good and down to earth people Ive been there for 3 years and no one bothers me and I havent had any major issues When I call maintenance they come pretty quickly The only thing that annoys me is coming 2017-11-08T13:30:29Z

In any place there inevitable maintenance requests but its never overlooked when it comes to Wellesley Its the promptness that sets the bar The education and professional is great as well Much appreciated

Ive lived here for a Few months before moving in I saw all the negative reviews on management the area etc and was iffy on living here my experience has been amazing The office had us an apartment in a week Security is always patrolling at night Maintenance is always available One guy lives on site and can get to emergencies at all hours The neighborhood is 2020-05-25T23:44:08Z
Ive lived here for a Few months before moving in I saw all the negative reviews on management the area etc and was iffy on living here my experience has been amazing The office had us an apartment in a week Security is always patrolling at night Maintenance is always available One guy lives on site and can get to emergencies at all hours The neighborhood is quiet most noise I have heard is the kids playing outside and music As for the crime I have not seen any There can be no felonies to live there and you can be evicted for arrests A little disappointed was there is no washerdryer in the apartment but there is a 24 hr laundry room on site and CHEAP The water is also FREE The neighborhood in the past may have been A bad area and complex but they have done an amazing job cleaning it up and keeping it nice Id definitely continue to live here all my neighbors are so nice and weve had no problems with them or any of the kids more ... hide ...
