Is it possible to speak to someone outside of this office Corporate or something I previously lived here with my parents from around 20102020 I have been trying to move back with my boyfriend to our own apartment for over a year At first we were told that there was no availability or waiting list even though we see people constantly moving in and out We were told that we just needed to keep calling at the beginning of every month we understood and kept trying to call however with barely any luck as they never answer the phone Fast forward to a few months ago we were told that someone was potentially moving out in December 2021 but we needed to wait for them to give the notice to apply We were told by Evelyn that we didnt need to do anything until the current tenants gave their notice We understood and just keep waiting Now theyre saying that we dont qualify even though no background checks or pay stubs have been submitted because as we were told we needed to wait Today I tried calling to clarify this as this information was given to my mother current tenant of over 9 years and not me After the second time calling back Evelyn answered the phone with hey how can I help you this is Evelyn as soon as I stated my name and what I was calling for she said oh give me a moment let me get Evelyn on the phone and I said I heard you say this was Evelyn and she immediately just placed me on hold I hung up after waiting for 15 mins because clearly I was not going to get any help So if theres anybody else I can speak with besides Evelyn or Marisol I would appreciate it Thank you more ... hide ...

Ive been A resident at Stone Bridge landings for 4 years I just love this community Its quiet clean and safe cozy apartments and affordable rent They also do events for families and the elderly in the community they have educational events about Health insurance high blood pressure etc For families with children they have pool partys back to school Ha 2019-09-20T20:27:43Z
Ive been A resident at Stone Bridge landings for 4 years I just love this community Its quiet clean and safe cozy apartments and affordable rent They also do events for families and the elderly in the community they have educational events about Health insurance high blood pressure etc For families with children they have pool partys back to school Halloween Christmas events They give back to their community another plus is your near all amenities and the airport The management team is amazing very professional and helpful the maintenance team are very efficient Knowledgeable and very professional had an incident in my apartment at 3 AM one morning and maintenance was in my apartment fixing the issue within minutes They really do make you feel like family thanks again to Stone Bridge landings for all that you do more ... hide ...

New Management is horrible When Nina and the previous maintenance guys were here everything ran smoothly Ive put an order in to get my dryer fixed since November 3rd its now January 3rd and im still waiting Ive called numerous of times and went to them numerous of times asked to speak with the manager just to get a She not here or Shes on vacation If the re 2020-01-04T00:41:15Z

Im a current resident at Brooke Commons I would give them 5 stars because Gladys Pacheco and Tonya Dawson and the maintenance manager are amazing and willing to hear their Tenets out and try to find a solution but they get 3 because of the manager Jeff who is ruining this complex I made several complaints about tents load noise and he told me to give him det 2022-04-24T21:55:37Z
Im a current resident at Brooke Commons I would give them 5 stars because Gladys Pacheco and Tonya Dawson and the maintenance manager are amazing and willing to hear their Tenets out and try to find a solution but they get 3 because of the manager Jeff who is ruining this complex I made several complaints about tents load noise and he told me to give him detailed from when it started day and time and my email explains everything And then he considered for me to call 911 I wouldnt do that because the tenants have children but at least send a notice There was no solution for that so I have to deal with the noise on my own Then when I was getting the plumbing fix the person who came to work on the pipes in the kitchen damaged my rug and when I told him about it he said to send him a picture of it and that he will get back to me nothing was resolved Also talked about the childrens Scratching cars in the parking I understand he has no power over that but to send a notice to everyone and he didnt so I dont bother with making complaints I tried calling Corporate to make a complaint and never got a phone call back This man is Destroying this Complex The manager that was here when I moved in 2020 was amazing respectful kind and willing to help make sure things were done in the complex Things are not the same anymore more ... hide ...
