Avoid this management and complex at all costs They actually kicked a single mother out of her 8 year apartment She never missed even one payment This was done without a legal eviction not even an email The COMPLEX DIRECTOR did this all verballynThey are now charging her for 2 months rent Saying she did not give them a 60 day notice They are also wanting to 2022-03-07T20:54:12Z

Ive been living here for the past 22 years When I first moved to Orlando I felt like this was the best place to move in I like that the complex is isolated and far from the main road I got a warm welcome from the employees The maintenance groundskeeping has always been kept up and they are always available to take care of any emergency work needed There are 2022-05-24T16:21:08Z
Ive been living here for the past 22 years When I first moved to Orlando I felt like this was the best place to move in I like that the complex is isolated and far from the main road I got a warm welcome from the employees The maintenance groundskeeping has always been kept up and they are always available to take care of any emergency work needed There are also nice eventsactivities for the community There have been some isolated incidents throughout the years with other residents but overall I love my home and environment I would recommend this complex to anybody more ... hide ...

I moved into there when they first opened The 3 bedroom apt had a nice floorplan The grounds were maintained well Other than a few incidents that normally take place in an apartment complex I found it to be a nice place to live and close to worknOther than some persons that stole my 85 Cadillac unsure why thats the only major issue I had
