Well I have been living here for two years go on my third year and I must say scene the new owners have took over the property is very well kept up they put more security cameras out for our safety the rent is still reasonable and cheap quiet at night no loud noise nobody hanging out by your door or in the Neighborhood at night nobody messing with your vehic 2021-11-30T13:34:10Z
Well I have been living here for two years go on my third year and I must say scene the new owners have took over the property is very well kept up they put more security cameras out for our safety the rent is still reasonable and cheap quiet at night no loud noise nobody hanging out by your door or in the Neighborhood at night nobody messing with your vehicles its Ligths every where so you can see everything maintenance come on time they dont take 2 to 3 weeks to do anything you put your work order in within 24 hours there at your unit taking care of the issue I can say that the community really has picked up scene the new Management has took over so Im enjoying My stay for now and I will recommend a family and friends to move here more ... hide ...

All i could say is WOW I have been working in property Management for 10 plus years and NEVER have i ever come across a Manager be rude to another fellow Community Manager from a different company I called to get a monthly report from them that literally take less than a minute Steven was super rude said his time is precious and he doesnt have time for one 2021-08-11T20:26:11Z

Beautiful apartments yes Affordable Yes But the staff Horrible Theyre SOOOOO rude Id rather live somewhere with staff that make me feel respected and human instead of living somewhere where the staff talks to me like Im trash I understand that this apartment is for low income individuals but it isnt fair for people to be treated like trash or be talked to li 2020-12-10T21:56:10Z
