These apartments are INFESTED with roaches I lived there for over 6 years and all they do is send over pest control that did NOTHING I had to spend my own money to keep roaches away If you are getting apartment 4828 104 SAY NO This unit has MANY mold issues The apartment above had a leak or overflow of water from their tub and it cause the roof of the second 2022-01-04T13:11:27Z
These apartments are INFESTED with roaches I lived there for over 6 years and all they do is send over pest control that did NOTHING I had to spend my own money to keep roaches away If you are getting apartment 4828 104 SAY NO This unit has MANY mold issues The apartment above had a leak or overflow of water from their tub and it cause the roof of the second bathroom to fall in All maintenance did was spray it with bleach add drywall and paint it It continued to peel and grow mold The complex then told me it was MY responsibility to maintain the mold issue in there NO IT ISNT It wasnt something I caused Second issue was they replaced the water heater above us I wasnt informed when I got home from work the kitchen and hall were flooded Mold had begun to grow under the carpet as well in the walls of the hall closet and second bathroom They repaired the mold issue Next was them replacing the AC unit in my apartment They were cleaning the coils and used a lot of water They did not clean that up properly this caused mold once again in the hall closet and bathroom I was getting constant headaches and realize this was the issue Maintenance is never on time nor come as requested When the AC unit broke they told me I needed to wait 23 weeks for a replacement due to them not having the monies in their budget for the month Mariana once told me to have my 13 year old wait outside while they replace my AC unit Who suggests a MINOR to sit outside a few hours while they replace the unit Wendy NEVER responds She seems to be afraid to respond to issues as she NEVER has answers nor a remedy I have NEVER been late for rent not even during the Covid shutdown If you can find another place to live do that more ... hide ...

For a apartment complex this is by far the worst place I have ever seen if you literally live in a hole in the wall it has to be better than this place you literally had to leave a light on because the cockroaches are so bad but they will even try to kick you out your own room most of the walls has serious case of mold but yet the only thing they do is pain 2014-08-25T20:56:30Z

The only problem Ive had is getting maintenance here in a timely manor We went without water for 6 days cause it slipped through the cracks The assistant also told me how I could not sit in the front and watch my daughter ride her bike and stated how it was in the contract that we were only allowed to sit in common areas which were in the back by the playgr 2017-05-15T19:57:03Z

Ive lived here a long time because I love the location and the view out my window Nothing but nature and quiet for the most part since I face the nature preservennMaintenance is quick on taking care of items in my apartment
