Apartments themselves are okay The way they do billing at OG is messed up You are not charged for your actual water usage Make sure you realize they unfairly charge for water They split up the entire building by number of bedrooms and we had a 3 bedroom but did not use more water than 12 bedroom apartment this is unfair and then divide that by the entire bu 2022-04-06T12:03:06Z
Apartments themselves are okay The way they do billing at OG is messed up You are not charged for your actual water usage Make sure you realize they unfairly charge for water They split up the entire building by number of bedrooms and we had a 3 bedroom but did not use more water than 12 bedroom apartment this is unfair and then divide that by the entire buildings water use each month we did not even live in the apartment for about 3 months as we bought a home and had to spend hundreds on water for those months that we never even used The apartment was completely vacant since terminating the lease early was more than just leaving it empty but we still had to pay for water and electric We tried asking the office staff if we could just turn in the keys early since the apartment was completely vacant to save on water and electric but they acted like this was a crazy request and yelled at us to not turn the power off we never did They also make you leave your electricity on in your name for an extra 5 business days after your lease ends A little insane since rent is already crazy high and something we never encountered in many other apartments So glad it was temporary while we purchased a home So much money wasted more ... hide ...

If I had the choice to put a review without a star I would This place is horrible due to their property manager Donna Completely is racist and treats her employees like their slaves bullies and talks to them very disrespectful as well as rude I dont even understand how the employees subject themselves to this type of treatment Which I have seen for myself 2019-07-02T22:45:44Z
If I had the choice to put a review without a star I would This place is horrible due to their property manager Donna Completely is racist and treats her employees like their slaves bullies and talks to them very disrespectful as well as rude I dont even understand how the employees subject themselves to this type of treatment Which I have seen for myself She as well looks down and talks to residents as if they are nothing God forbid you dont have an appointment scheduled to speak with her regarding any important matters Unless you have an appointment she will not even speak to you This is my first apartment complex I have encountered that the front office is locked and closed every day Ms Donna just sits in her office if not is outside chain smoking cigarettes all day I would not be surprised if a resident or employee has not sued Donna or Concorde Management by now They will raise the rent within a year of your lease as well as your yearly renewal They move anybody on the property Constant activity going on I could not even have packages delivered to my house due to someone stealing packages off the front porch This place is a joke Even more of a joke that they hire employees who are racist and treat their fellow coworkers horrible I should have known if they can treat their employees horrible they will definitely treat residents horrible Constant revolving door with maintenance now I see why Maintenance Supervisor Chris and former tech Danielle are the only best employees at the property They actually show and and take pride in their job Always helping when needed even if with any problems with work orders It was a great loss when Danielle left the property I really hope Chris does not ever leave the property because he is the only one that makes the property worth staying I honestly think the things going at this property needs be spoken out on the news so that an investigation can happen as well as spreading the news through social media Its 2019 and a company should not allow racism or poor behavior by Ms Donna with the residents and her employees Its unbelievable that this is even allowed and has been allowed for years talking with other residents Residents have constantly complained for years to corporate about Ms Donna and nothing is ever done more ... hide ...
