STEER CLEAR I have lived here for a while now and I have to say the things that made it worth living here are basically gone after new management took over I mean I could put up with most of it but this new Towing policy is just ridiculous I would not have signed my lease if this policy was part of it Having towing hours from 930pm600am is so bizarre And having that every night is overkill I can understand if a car is there for 3 days and has not been on the list but every night There isnt even any designated guest spots and adding this really makes it feel like Im not living in an apartment complex but a Dormitory I know were close to a college but you dont need to make it feel like were back in it There are other issues like the trash compacter being broken for over a month Bottom line is we all know the reason for adding this new Towing policy And its NOT to improve our experience Its to split the bill with the towing company to make a quick buck off the people who already pay you You can practically smell the stench of greed coming off them Safe to say I will not be renewing my lease more ... hide ...
