Terrible terrible management at this Fairfield Manor apartments in Pensacola My mother who has lung cancer and has breathing issues has had her air conditioner break down at least four times over the past 2 years Always extremely slow to respond It is currently broken again Also the swimming pool has a sign that it is closed until further notice That has bee

They are awesome to work with The staff does everything in there power to accommodate all 160 units The diversity is extreme in this community which makes it very uniquenOf course you will have people giving one stars or two stars because of simple issues Those lovely Karens and KevinsnThey are not gonna be able to please everyone but they do their best to r

I DO NOT RECOMMEND I received a violation because my significant other spends the night on Fridays and apparently they say that it is against policy When I singed my lease I was told no one was allowed to stay past 14 consecutive days and giving them example that if I have family come down they are limited two weeks max however now they went back and told me

I DO NOT RECOMMEND I received a violation because my significant other spends the night on Fridays and apparently they say that it is against policy When I singed my lease I was told no one was allowed to stay past 14 consecutive days and giving them example that if I have family come down they are limited two weeks max however now they went back and told me no that you can only have someone spend the night twice a month and thats it or you will get kicked out because thats consider them living there so if you have children that have their friend spend the night on the weekends or have a significant other they ARE NOT ALLOWED to spend except twice a month also maintenance is extremely lazy good luck
