Horrible management They billed us 1351 to a debt collector when our rent was 990 We left one month early with a written notice and talked with office staff They said if they rent the apartment we would not be charged the last months rent They did in fact rent the apartment 3 years later they are still affecting our credit score

Applied was told I was approved and I needed to give them the pet deposit Gave them 300 for pet deposit 100 admin fee then was called back the next day to be told something came up on my application and its still processing Over a week later it gets denied I ask for my pet deposit back Oh it will be mailed to you within 90 days So you take my money and cash 2018-03-29T19:49:55Z

This place is trash from the buildings to their policies They treat their tenants like money trees and try to shake every cent from them They want far too much money than this place is worth The pool is always disgusting the gym never gets cleaned the laundry rooms are always broken the insides of the apartments are outdated there are dead mice everywhere on 2022-03-18T18:20:08Z
