Nice apartments subsides income living a park and community room with hd tv and park has a garden Has a book shelf full of books in the community room close to stores ie publix supermarket and others some nice residents and friendly Sahib Shrine and Fraternal Order of Police play very loud music Blame stuff on you bc of skin some harassment The washer breaks because it wasnt lined correctly and clothes get stuck between the cylinder when its in the rinse cycle Building repairs take a long time to get fix and you have to argue to get repairs done but that doesnt matter because most of the time you have to repair items in your apartment yourself so be prepare to do every repair yourself and pay for it out of your pocket I never got reimburse for any of the repairs My light switch havent work for more than 10 yrs Wasps nest and bee nest in the window and because my screen has holes in the cause by birds or them taking them down 6 yrs ago cleaning them and bringing screens back with holes in them bees now can get through and sting me Which I put in maintenance complaints about anything no cares Dog walk on the floor so some have accidents in the building The neighbors make noise a lot and you wont be able to get any sleep You Have to sort through the BS more ... hide ...

I lived at Timberlake apartment for one year I had a great Experience The landscape is amazing I had a lake a pool view and loved siting pool side in the morning Everyone in the office was always so nice and helped with any problems we had The maintenance team was always on the ball if there was ever a problem I got covid while living there and was given ext 2022-05-22T17:46:14Z
