082121 Our apartment air conditioner died Dodd Maintenance responded quickly to our maintenance request and determined our equipment inside and out needed replacing He supplied us with a temporary room air conditioner to hold us till a new unit could be ordered and installed Dodd and Kim property manager worked hard to get the equipment ordered and installed
