This apartment has really declined in the last year All the bug issues previously complained about in reviews TRUEnnThey have an uptick in vandalism and crime tenants breaking into other tenants homes with no empathy or action from the management team Dont move here unless you wish to have your property and sense of security put at risk Ive had someone damage my car and break into my unit I am not the only one who suffered from these experiences Residents will walk through hallways and bang on doors and run at any hour of the nightnnThe structure of the apartments is a joke Second floor tenants stomp and bang so hard that it will knock anything hanging off your walls Dont expect anyone to handle that if you complain I strongly encourage you to spend your high rent dollars at a different apartment complex that isnt managed by ZRS management I even reached out to the regional manager Angela and couldnt get a call back to discuss the non sense that occurs in this place more ... hide ...

The move in experience has been amazing We just moved to Tampa from Washington state and looking for our new home We kept researching different areas and finally found Canopy at Citrus Grove Dolly followed up with me right away and my Wife and I went on a tour to view the apartment The apartments are beautiful spacious clean and comfortable We also appreciated that the unit that we saw would actually be the apartment we would be renting and not just a model The pool is awesome Great small dog park for our pups Literally wheels like resort living Most important the staff Dolly made us feel welcomed and her and Anna were very helpful Louis the maintenance engineer is also a great guy Thank you for our new home more ... hide ...

I used to be a tenant here and while I was living there I still had the cabinets of the people who lived there prior to me for 15 years They were ate out by termites because they were wooden and every work order I put in seem to had gotten ignored On top of low maintenance security lacks as well Security guards smoke marijuana with local teens who are visit 2016-10-03T14:31:42Z

I tried not to leave a review HOWEVER the new management whomever they areare the WORST SoI had been calling no answer get to office 2 ppl workers are in the office Les I have been talking tothinking he was a managerNOT There is a young lady that is the assistant manager that may not have experience The new management company has a ZERO understanding to this economy change per the assistant manager I have never had an issue until they came along I have been living here for 2 years I fixed all my maintenance issues as asking for maintenance was a board scratching pain People hang out without no issues for hardworking people to come home to destruction Water is ALWAYS off Due to me having move outI took some of my things and to come back I had no signs of a break in but my things were stolen so either maintenance or the office personnel had been in my apartment I removed my security camera you gonna need one for this neighborhood so I guess that was a go ahead Not a place for a person with young kids as this neighborhood is going down and possible section 8 There is a mold issue in their apartments as well more ... hide ...
