i lived in apartment 1604 this is the worst place ive ever lived the first day i moved in all i found were cockroaches crawling everywhere dead ones all over the kitchen floor and all throughout the cupboards drawers dishwasher and fridge they were crawling throughout the whole apartment in every room i couldnt move in for days bc it was so bad the only solu 2022-08-02T14:09:00Z
i lived in apartment 1604 this is the worst place ive ever lived the first day i moved in all i found were cockroaches crawling everywhere dead ones all over the kitchen floor and all throughout the cupboards drawers dishwasher and fridge they were crawling throughout the whole apartment in every room i couldnt move in for days bc it was so bad the only solution they could offer me was to set traps for a couple weeks in a row they wouldnt move me to a new unit this unit wasnt even the one i applied for i dealt with this problem until the day i moved out i lived there for 3 months and had to break the lease within those 3 months i dealt with the infestation as well as my ac breaking twice and the water tank flooding my carpet would not recommend to anyone unfortunately more ... hide ...

Made an appointment to tour this place Called them and confirmed the appointment over the phone the day before I get a text the day of asking me to confirm my tour appointment which I did I leave work and skip my lunch to drive over to this dump I show up nobody from the leasing office is there I cant even buzz into the complex because they just dont answer 2021-06-18T15:57:55Z

New management is really cleaning up the place Better security now too And I cant say this about all who work here in the office but Shelia is the best Property mgr Shes very fair minded and will personally help you if you have questions or concerns about ANYTHING She knows all about barely getting by or people being treated like nobody cares to hear them when things are being stretched or there getting behind She listens and does all she can to help find a solution that works for all so you dont end up on the street People here need to know they can trust her Dont avoid things if your running into a problem Go talk to her hopefully before your about to be behind If you tell her first you can sit down and maybe work out a plan to avoid late fees or eviction Its extremely difficult to get approved with an eviction on your record She went over my entire payment history when I kept getting notices that were way more than I owedand we found that I was right and she fixed it She works for her moneyworking for younnThe only real problem is the insane amount of roaches and spiders I feel like the only thing that would decrease the roach population greatly would be to have the pest control guys or our maintenance guys use the roach killer in the tube that looks like peanut butter in every apts kitchen bathroom baseboards and window AC area once a week for at least 6 weeks straight Then use real pest control company with more than water to spray once a week continuously to keep a handle on it Its pretty bad when a Roach is tapping you on the shoulder asking you for a light and the remotelolnJust Saying more ... hide ...

Ive lived here a few years through different owners and management The neat thing about this community is that its sort of hidden and mixed in with a business park Since I enjoy the outdoors and walking a lot this community has a nicely expanded walking area beyond its own sidewalks and dog park Just outside either end of the gated entries there are connecting private streets and parking lots which are all shaded by giant oaks You can also sit poolside and watch countless planes taking off just a few hundred yards away Brianna is an outstanding member of the management team along with Sara and all the office staff Brianna has been here longer than I have and she always has great suggestions about the best spots to eat shes a real gem and she and all the office staff are very helpful with any needs or concerns you might have These people are all genuinely friendly and really encourage community events here on a regular basis The maintenance team is fantastic as well Theyre quick to respond on the rare occasion Ive needed them and theyre a friendly bunch toonnThe location is really great too The airport is literally across the highway You have two major shopping malls movie theaters National sports complexesteams beaches and a ridiculous amount of restaurants all within 5 or 6 miles I know there are several apartments up and down the road and beyond and Ive lived at my fair share of them but these guys are special the community is really good and pet friendly and if youre looking for a quaint place with modern upgrades and a professional friendly staff come take a look Tell them I sent you more ... hide ...

He raises the rent to many times Its very small So for the price you can get a 3 bedroom apartment somewhere else instead of a 2 He goes in your house without telling you My and girl caught him on camera and told him He do keep it well maintenance But the windows are screwed locked when thats a safety
