I was homeless when I became a resident of the Graham home I was very grateful to have a place to live I was very surprised when they the staff did not renew my lease returning me to being homeless I paid All my bills on time I loved the tenants there Some problems with staff they were somewhat insensitive Very sad about this

Theres people in this complex that come to the neighborhood across the bridge and breaking peoples cars and they breaking in peoples houses Today June 7th of 2022 there was a shooting as well Not a safe place especially for a family please keep looking Dont move here

I am a resident at the Tampa Fl residents I have experienced the virus and management changes for over 2 years That being said I would like to express my heart felt appreciation for the maintenance staff here now Mr Doshi in particular he has taken a building in disarray and cleaned up your house here I cant find a resident with anything broken in there home 2021-05-16T21:45:02Z

The complex should be ashamed of how they treat older individuals Their staff isnt worth two pennies or the dirt the complex was built on Remind you this area use to house low income families project living and thats how the staff treats the tenants Very unprofessional rude unaware of process and procedures I do notice staff directing racial profiling again 2019-06-19T12:24:36Z
