I lived at this complex for a year The grounds are really pretty but thats about it The major pro was that it is cheaper than most of the surrounding options however its cheaper for a reason The complex is old The day after I moved in I went to make dinner and the stove was broken I had not even used it once they came and fixed it a problem that would continue throughout my lease while I was not there but when I went to use it it was still broken Within a month of moving in there was a leak and my entire bedroom floor was soaked Less than 2 weeks later it happened again Obviously I was furious that it wasnt fixed correctly the first time I had furniture that was getting ruined When I asked them if this would keep happening I was essentially told there was nothing they could do about it which is absurd My washer broke at the beginning of October and it took them the entire month to fix it after I had to continue to make calls and be annoying because they were in no rush to resolve the issue About halfway into my lease pieces of my ceiling literally started to fall off onto the floor One morning I woke up to a giant chunk that had fallen where I usually sit thank goodness I was in the bedroom when it happened or I would have been hit Their solution to this was to draw the moisture out of my apartment because they were convinced that was the problem and so it never got fixed and pieces continued to fall until I moved out Additionally the office is horrible about answering the phone In fact one time I called while standing outside the office and watched as no one answered Its insane Like others have said roaches are a huge problem I cleaned my apartment continuously and sprayed all the time but it barely helped One night I was making dinner and went to grab the salt container and there was a roach on it Absolutely horrible living conditions It may be cheap but its not worth it more ... hide ...

I do not agree with the negative reviews I highly recommend Ava Apartments Staff is knowledgeable caring respectful ALWAYS take care of any issue ASAP The community is quiet peaceful beautiful and ALWAYS kept clean Ava Apartments is a family communitynAs far as my experience with the leasing process staff was ALWAYS in direct contact with me making it a bre 2022-07-23T22:11:53Z

I been living in Cedar forest for years and I always had a good experiences with all the management team and the workers They up keep with the outside and the inside of the apartments they do their best to accommodate and help as much as they cannI personally love Cedar forest and I love that we have so many things close by that if we wanted to or have to 2022-06-01T18:08:59Z
I been living in Cedar forest for years and I always had a good experiences with all the management team and the workers They up keep with the outside and the inside of the apartments they do their best to accommodate and help as much as they cannI personally love Cedar forest and I love that we have so many things close by that if we wanted to or have to we can just walk to the pricing for the apartments are worth it The apartments are spacious they have 2 layouts for the 3 bedrooms the pool is huge and always kept clean theres a laundry room if you dont have washer and dryer there a gym a park for the kids a huge trash compactor Very little times it will have trash out there because some people dont follow directions its easytouse walk up the steps open the door throw the trash in and then close it But besides that the workers keep up with itnThey have the porter who drives around and cleans up any if trash thrown aroundnI do wish the pool was open till 10pm but because of some people not following rules it closes at 8pm but really I think its perfect because quietness after 8pm from the pool areanI personally have been blessed to live here and I hope who ever takes my apartment after I move has great experiences at Cedar forest like I havenPs people always mention roaches and cedar forest has pest control but also you have to keep up with your apartment and remember you have neighbors as well our building we all use the same powder for roaches that has been recommended and it has helped us tremendously I mean come on its Florida just clean up after yourself and I mean that with all the respect and love more ... hide ...
