This place deserves a higher rating When we first moved in we had an issue with pests as the previous tenants must not have been very clean The villas had pest control out weekly to take care of the issue They were extremely prompt professional and friendly Anytime we have had any issues minor or major they have been on it quickly We have had everything from 2018-08-15T23:10:28Z
This place deserves a higher rating When we first moved in we had an issue with pests as the previous tenants must not have been very clean The villas had pest control out weekly to take care of the issue They were extremely prompt professional and friendly Anytime we have had any issues minor or major they have been on it quickly We have had everything from a clogged drain to a fridge not cooling properly and they fixed it same day or within 24 hours They care about their tenants and the apartments themselves Its very well taken care of even on the outside Marcia leasing agent is very friendly and Carlos maintenance is awesome too Its a great place to live so if you are considering it and reading this its worth it nn I also want to say to the previous review the internet is good They offer Spectrum now which is high speed more ... hide ...

DISGUSTING Nothing gets fixed timely Outside hallway gets nearly pitch black and the light bulbs are not replaced This is a safety issue especially since there are people living in tents just outside the unsecured fences all around the property Fridge leaks still has not been fixed Constant plumbing issues Overflowing toilet in one bathroom the other bathro 2022-04-16T03:01:00Z
