Cannot recommend this Complex even though its near convenient stores other businesses Found out later the monthly rate weve been paying was not worth the comfort laundry facility cleanliness and broken slab outside patio To me the buildings are old and not getting updates The Management found my request not a priority to have the patio be fixed because of C

Cannot recommend this Complex even though its near convenient stores other businesses Found out later the monthly rate weve been paying was not worth the comfort laundry facility cleanliness and broken slab outside patio To me the buildings are old and not getting updates The Management found my request not a priority to have the patio be fixed because of Covid If its BROKEN the concrete slab split opened then it needs a repair Fair correct It got fix eventually Lastly when we moved out Management insisted us to pay carpet cleaning ALTHOUGH UPON Move out Clearance everything was fine That incident put a dent on to my name We tried to fix it but they are Money sucking company I can prove it

Out of my 2 years of staying hete the shootings were nerve wrecking and the homeless hung around offtenother than that no complaints all 4 of my neighbors were awesome cant speak on the others lol maintence came out to fix things day of or next business day all were polite helpfulnAlthough many say they are Rude in officenFolks were polite to me Pest contr
