05 stars I never leave reviews but for this place I had to because I am so disappointed I feel as though the only way I will get a response is if I leave a review I planned on moving here and sent in an application along with the 75 fee and the 200 administration fee Multiple weeks went by and we didnt even hear back if we got accepted or denied We left HUND 2022-08-15T14:46:57Z
05 stars I never leave reviews but for this place I had to because I am so disappointed I feel as though the only way I will get a response is if I leave a review I planned on moving here and sent in an application along with the 75 fee and the 200 administration fee Multiple weeks went by and we didnt even hear back if we got accepted or denied We left HUNDREDS of calls and messages and emails heard nothing back It has been over a month and we decided to not even consider living here because of the ZERO communication we received back In order to get our money back we had to file a dispute with my bank since Mirela was ignoring us The day after I filed the dispute I finally heard back from Mirela They told me Id be getting my 200 back in a check via mail within 2 weeks max Well its been well over 2 weeks its actually been 5 or more weeks and I still have not received said check I continue to try to call and no one in office picks upthat is literally your job I am waiting on my dispute to be finalized so I can get my money back because apparently Mirela is incapable of doing it themselves and we need to get legal things involved This place is a scam and will steal your money Ive read other reviews of people having the exact same issue as me I will not stop til I get my 200 back Its a joke at this point along with this place We started this in beginning of June It is now August and we still havent gotten out back Highly unprofessional Very disappointing more ... hide ...

I rented a unit for one year and three months We completed our one year lease and was on a month to month lease We gave a 30 day notice all thats required by law and then received a summons for a lawsuit that management put through trying to sue us for 4000 for not giving a ninety day notice this was illegal so it didnt work but it did go into our rental his 2022-07-28T18:31:01Z

IT IS THE WORST CONDOMINIUM TO LIVE the crane takes the cars of the tenants in my experience they have taken the car on two occasions I live here and this is my license and registration in the officenIF YOU RENT HERE YOU WILL KNOW THAT YOU WILL PAY THE CRANE EVERY TIME I TAKE YOUR CAR
