Constant neighbor fights with the police there all the time Mgr incompetent in handling even small problems and will instigate fueds join in and make them worse Shes mean as a snake and will come at you with a vengence if you disagree with her High turnover because people move right back out Worst management I have ever experienced

This place is a killing field When I lived there they pulled two people out a month wrapped up like mummies They have a definite mold problem john the maintenance man refused to fix Talking to him I got the feeling that wasnt even his real name Said he was from Vermont but didnt have accurate information about the state

My mother has been wait listed for years They finally called her in December of 2020 on a Friday to tell her they had a unit for her She asked if she could let them know on the Monday so she could be certain and make necessary arrangements She was told no they had to know immediately Therefore she opted out A week later she called back and said shes stil 2021-10-18T22:03:47Z
My mother has been wait listed for years They finally called her in December of 2020 on a Friday to tell her they had a unit for her She asked if she could let them know on the Monday so she could be certain and make necessary arrangements She was told no they had to know immediately Therefore she opted out A week later she called back and said shes still interested and spoke with another person and they told her she should have been given the customary two weeks to confirm She never got the unit but was told theyd put her back on list and be 3 in line She just recently visited them personally to check on her status and now was told she did not meet the criteria HER SITUATION HAS NOT CHANGED Apparently they are not true to their word and do as they please So disappointing and absolutely the worst customer service Making their own rules based on whomever you get on that day Unprofessional and unfair My mother keeps a very clean home and is very kind and quiet There is zero reason she should not meet the criteria she had already been approved Finding that quite peculiar PS This is the first one star review I have written I usually only post 5 star reviews but this warranted it more ... hide ...

I wish I could give Vero Green six stars or more This complex is awesome This community is really safe affordable and clean The floor plans are so good with spacious closets The unit you receive is most likely to be in perfect condition I could not find any major problem to put into move in check list The unit smells so good I never seen any cockroaches or other pests inside the unit The landscaping is always in great and clean condition Never seen any tall grass or anything else therenMore importantly The management and maintenance staff are awesome Kelly and Christina make every effort to help you with everything you need My maintenance requests took less than a day to get addressed The great and professional maintenance supervisor Bobby with his smiley face is always there to help with any maintenance needs All of these guys are like family and friends to me Super friendlynI STRONGLY recommend this community to anyone who needs to have their family in a safe and friendly complex and enjoy living in Vero Beach more ... hide ...

I loved the area gave me lots of opportunities to explore The building was wellmaintained and looked very welcoming from the outside They offer a lot of amenities that other buildings dont provide so its never boring or empty

Ive lived in this complex for two years first of all the pool mentioned as one of the amenities has been closed since before I moved in Ive been having a recurring issue with my bathroom sink being that when maintenance fixes it its always half a leading them to have to come back which is no easy request in itself you put in a work order they dont show up t 2021-10-06T22:08:52Z
Ive lived in this complex for two years first of all the pool mentioned as one of the amenities has been closed since before I moved in Ive been having a recurring issue with my bathroom sink being that when maintenance fixes it its always half a leading them to have to come back which is no easy request in itself you put in a work order they dont show up til youve called every day for a week or two and then finally catch one of the maintenance men riding around the complex If its not my sink theres something else falling apart in my apartment meanwhile they have the audacity to put a late notice for rent in my door after a day or two Id pay on time if it was worth it but its not Theyre money hungry and self serving 210 wouldnt recommend Cant wait to move more ... hide ...

I have lived here for at least 3 years and I can say that I have seen places and lived in places that was not livable but not Taylor Point I havent had any problems since I have been here I stay to myself speak to my neighbors and thats it every one speaks when I have a problem its taking care of quickly I really enjoy living here nice clean only thing the r 2021-07-05T15:35:52Z
