This apartment complex has gone downhill so much The maintenance is almost nonexistent You cannot reach anyone above the manager as they will not provide contact info They are provided funding by HUD but do not send the funds in a timely manner resulting in late fees for the tenants This is unacceptable They need new management and the owner needs to be noti 2022-03-23T21:15:47Z

I wouldnt stay here if the lady maria still works here Here amd maintenance people keep finding ways to ho inside the apartment and be noisy and then calling cops saying they smell marijuana in the aparment we stayed in like idk 2 or 3 times And I told the cops ill talk to maria about it and the cops studdered and told me dont tell her haha And then neighbor 2019-03-01T22:06:23Z

This place is the worst ever the new manager David doesnt care about the residence he only cares about making sure he rents out the empty apartments because everybodys moving out of here as quick as they can If a resident ask him for information he doesnt provide it if they ask him a question he doesnt answer it he doesnt return phone calls and he certainly 2021-08-25T18:49:30Z
