Hallway carpets filthy and worn Many Residence not all have no respect for the building often leaving trails of trash and garbage in the hallways elevators and outside grounds Persons have been seen spiting on top floor outside terrace about which has been reported and nothing was done evening security guards often seen sleeping on the job Cars have previous 2022-04-26T02:48:15Z

Great experience until a new management took overnI had a great experience while the apartments were supervised by KarlnGreat manager excellent customer service everything was done not later than the next daynnUntil the new manager took over Until I got home from work at 9pm to find that the upstairs apartment had a water leaknnWhen I opened the door I thought someone broke into because all my furniture was all over the apartment and hear and saw that there was an air machine I carefully when in I saw that the walls where wet and something must had happened but my point is no one had the courtesy of letting me know what had happenednnI understand that if there is an emergency he is forced to enter without warning me and solvers but I also understand that they must notify me of the situation something that nobody didnnNext day come and instead of going to work I told them what happened they told me to take the day off I when in the office and no one know what happens y till I was upset for finding out that something happened in my apartment the place when I sleep and trust and no one knew happennnA get a call later the person that handled the issue just got in and no one told me anything because the system was down This happened during the pandemic where the internet is a source of communication So how come phone everything is down and not even a cellphone was available to at least let me know by emailnnYou cant move in if you want but its not a place to trust more ... hide ...
