I completely agree with Jennifer and every other 1 star review This place is terrible If you move into APT 107 be prepared for roof leaks in the master bedroom mildew mold and ROACHES in your car from the parking lotnMy apartment had a roof leak the entire year of my lease Five maintenance requests and I still had to sleep with a bucket in my room to catch the rain as if I were in a homeless shelter Definitely not worth the 1800 rentnnOne day there was a strong scent in the den After searching all over the room to find the source I looked behind my book shelf and was HORRIFED to see BLACK TOXIC Mold growing down the wallnnThe maintenance guy seems over it Unphased by any situation as if hes seen it all and is tired of it I was told the building had bad gutters and needed a new roofnnJust terrible and I shudder to think of any longterm health effects from breathing in that toxic mold for days before I noticed it because that room was my home officennI must also mention that you will get roaches in your car if you park just about anywhere in the parking lot Roaches ants and spiders from the treesnWhen I told the office I was moving out the very arrogant and RUDE manager Marsha stated Ill have that apartment rented in no timennAnd she didwhich is sad because of the housing issue people are desperate to find ANY apartment Too bad Azaela Village sees this as an opportunity to be careless rude slum lords instead of fixing the issues with their complex so people can enjoy the place they are paying far too much money to live in more ... hide ...

Back in 2018 I applied for an apartment here I paid the application fee and was told what documents to bring in and that there was availability I brought them all of the required documentation and noticed that it was taking them a while to tell me if I had been approved I called and couldnt get a response Therefore I went in person to see what was going on T 2021-09-01T18:15:09Z
Back in 2018 I applied for an apartment here I paid the application fee and was told what documents to bring in and that there was availability I brought them all of the required documentation and noticed that it was taking them a while to tell me if I had been approved I called and couldnt get a response Therefore I went in person to see what was going on The same leasing lady that looked me square in the face and told me they had availability told me that there were NO apartments available She acted as if I was crazy and that she didnt remember telling me that she had available units My sister watched me cry like a baby because of how I was treated I had to be moved out my previous apartment by a strict deadline and after hearing that from them just devastated me Beautiful apartments but lying and rude staff My kids husband and I were so excited to move into a brand new apartment Even saw these units being built from the ground up It hurt me to my soul and every time I pass by this place it reminds me of how I was discriminated against I feel like if I were Hispanic I couldve got a place All races and nationalities should be considered equal and not given favoritism over one another Im pretty sure I would have given a great review if I stayed here however I wasnt given a chance I had income and a clean background I called to check back to see if they had availability about a year ago and was told the waiting list was two years SMH more ... hide ...
