I have lived here for about a year I am disabled and over age 55 I was given the option to move into a new upgraded apt at a market rent which was 799 per month This includes water and electric I am on Social Security and fixed income I cannot work anymore The management and the new owners are planning on raising my rent to probably 899 That is what they are 2019-12-22T04:51:27Z
I have lived here for about a year I am disabled and over age 55 I was given the option to move into a new upgraded apt at a market rent which was 799 per month This includes water and electric I am on Social Security and fixed income I cannot work anymore The management and the new owners are planning on raising my rent to probably 899 That is what they are getting with new people moving in Though people on the top two floors pay 1000 plus per month Those apartments have more upgradesnnI like my apartment and feel safe living here but I am upset because if they raise my rent I will not have money for food The new owners are predators who own high rent luxury apartments all over the country and they want to stick it to us here too That is the primary reason they bought this placennThis place is not worth what they want to charge There are basically no amenities We dont even have a washer dryer The gym is a joke No pool The grounds are not well kept This is a very old building that has a serious problem with roaches and other pestsnnI advise you to look elsewhere to another place where the owners arent seeing dollar signs more ... hide ...

I loooove it here The apartment is beautiful both inside and outside and the property manager is extremely friendly and handles any situation in a timely manner Maintenance is very reliable The insides are all updated with nice and new equipment Parking is also great theres always parking spot available to tenants with the parking permits we are provided wit 2018-08-16T16:09:30Z

This is my third week living in my apartment and my third week becoming familiar with the area So far I am enjoying the friendliness of my neighbors along with the helpfulness of the office staff The property manager is a onewoman show She is the only one who works in the office and although she is busy with managing the property as well as manning the phones she has consistently taken out the time to assist my daughters and my needs She has assisted me in resolving issues regarding our unit with directions to local grocery stores schools and vital statistic offices as well as with printing and faxing documents for me to be able to enroll my children in the local school She is an overall warm and friendly person Well maintained affordable housing with a friendly staff has made my transition to Winter Haven an easy one more ... hide ...

This place has the worst management They will change your locks and tell you they notified you be email then they tell you to call the maintenance man that doesnt speak English to let you in They will have your car towed even though you live there and have a parking decal because you parked in visitor parking ALTHOUGH there are no other available spaces They 2021-09-14T15:49:09Z
