Beautiful and well kept apartment community My grandpa has been a resident for 5 years now and he always is raving about how nice and helpful the manager Kara Zamora is She is always happy to she her residences and is constantly working to keep the building up to code and clean

Need more outdoor lighting especially in main drive across from gas station Very dangerous as people do not use crosswalks and controlled traffic signals City of Winter Haven needs to take better care of all its properties
