I walked in here yesterday to inquire about an apartment and the lady in the office was very nasty and rude I asked her for information about the pricing the fees and the process and she was just rude She didnt want to give me any information because she said there was a waiting list I asked her how can I get on the waiting list and she was just saying no the waiting list goes out 2 years its a long wait I then told her thats fine Im in no rush how can I get on the list and she refused to give me an application to join the list until someone else came and gave me a paper to be added to the list I was interested in being a future resident but I wouldnt want to live in a place with rude management Id give 0 stars if I could

We enjoyed the original management company we signed on with Its a shame they switched to a new company with shady practices and 0 communication skills I have been waiting over a month to post this review as following move out the procedures with our security deposit were completely botched and i felt the need to tiptoe around the unprofessional management We had been sentvia email not certified mail our final utility and cleaning charges on June 2nd waited patiently for our refund have sent email after email with absolutely no acknowledgment I assume the company didnt want to send any kind of written response because they knew what they were doing here Now over 30 days later we have received a refund email showing we will receive about a third of what we were owed back No documentation was sent showing a different cleaning charge no calls were made to update the charges and legally they cannot change the assessed cleaning charge and not have them accepted Be warned that they do not abide by Tenant rights and no Florida law deposit procedures were followed and there essentially nothing that you can do in this situation outside of getting lawyers involved I hope this is a one time case because I truly hope nobody else ever has to deal with these crooks in this circumstance Anybody looking at this apartment complex keep in mind that youll be going through a fight if you want your security deposit returned If you do rent here remember your tenant rights and be careful as this company does not seem to be well brushed up on Florida law standards and policies

Ive been living here since 2014 and have found WPO to be a wonderful community of people The grounds are always kept clean the apartments are spacious and the overall living experience is rather quite neighborly and warm Maintenance seems to have improved with the new management and the overall ambiance is friendly safe and welcoming Office management is fri

This is a disgusting place Lots of residents have OPCD Obstructive Pulmonary Disorder probably due to the mold infestation which is still present This is a HUD property so they have allowed homeless and Section 8 to live here It claims to be a smokefree property but it is NOT Resident smokers have been grandfathered in so if you dont like cigarette smoke
