Everything there is wonderful the ofc manager there has been so helpful in serving the tenants the place is so clean and I just love it here

This property does not have staff trained to deal with the elderly The employees in this property have very poor customer service The staff is very rude whenever you visit or call by phone I do not understand how the corporate offices ignore the continuous attitude of these employeesnnMy mother had been on a waiting list for 2 and a half years The staff without any sympathy and very very rude informed us that my mother after waiting for two and a half years had been removed because she didnt answer on time a letter they sent to verify if you still want to be in the waiting list A letter that she didnt answer on time because she received it late from the post office Even showing them the proof of the post office with the date stamp they did not care They just pull her out again without any empathynnCorporate please give training to your staff on how to handle with people It is so sad that you have people like that on your properties without any empathy towards people and even in such difficult times more ... hide ...
