Well I just paid rent for the last time at The AvenuesParks at Laurel Oaks for those of us who have been here To say I am sad is an understatement because they have made living here feel like home for the last 3 years Some highlights for me living here are the maintenance crewhands down They are quick efficient and friendly the front desk friendliness and the price for the area The property is being renovated and remodeled so I can only see this place getting even better If I ever move back to Orlando area I know where to come thank you to the whole team for making my time here a great onennEDIT after I posted this I decided to read some reviews and I am literally shocked to see all the differences in experiences I am not sure why so many people have had a rough time lately but I completely have nothing bad to say I think if anything things got better the last year Ive been here Just my two cents Thanks
