Soooooo I had to do another review on Monday my AC went out I put in a work order and Mr Gomez came on Tuesday checked it out and had to order some parts Wednesday at 12noon my AC is all fixed up Mr Gomez is always on top of the maintenance Also in May I signed my renewal this property was a lil shabby at first but since Ive been here the management has real 2022-06-15T18:35:19Z

I use to work here when it was under a different management team The residents are very nice The social worker who replaced me is nice and personable I like what the new owners have done to the building Really nice

The complex is pretty quiet and I havent had any issues with safety Management is okay The trash piles up from time to time as well My one star rating is for the roach problem I thought it was maybe my unit but Ive come to the conclusion that its the entire complex INFESTED with roaches As I type this I have killed a total of 8 in one day Unfortunately pest 2022-06-06T04:54:58Z
