The amazing Staff at Wellington point has been nothing but amazing From the beginning of the process to the end of the moving process they were helpful insightful and all around charming I didnt have to worry about them not picking up my calls or feel like I was being neglecting When I first stepped foot on the property back in March I knew I was at home The air is different here I completely understand why the availability is the way it is I wouldnt want to leave ever It feels like a vacation at home and a home on vacation The environment is nothing short of welcoming When you explain to people your needs and urgency they are suppose to show compassion then you feel a sense of humanity and that they are listening The staff at Wellington Point did just that I was welcomed by the staff from day one I usually never leave reviews on Google but this was a must Upon moving in I received a welcome basket and was given pizza This type of humanity and compassion really will bring a tear to your eye We need more people in the world like Misti Brittany TerryAnn Felecia Shelby WaynennTo the staff You ALL do an amazing job thank you so much more ... hide ...

They get 1 star just because the assistants in the leasing office are horrible with communication I did my application sent what the documents they asked for I didnt hear from them until a week later Still asking me for my documents I had already sent which keeps prolonging the time that I could have moved in They sent the rental verification to my old apart 2022-06-16T18:32:27Z
They get 1 star just because the assistants in the leasing office are horrible with communication I did my application sent what the documents they asked for I didnt hear from them until a week later Still asking me for my documents I had already sent which keeps prolonging the time that I could have moved in They sent the rental verification to my old apartments another week goes by I even tried emailing to ask have I been approved no response I even went up there to ask to just to make sure I got promised that Ill get an email Another week I had to get in contact with my old apartment to see if they received the rental verification which they did but it was blank Unfortunately they told me that Gardens at Camp Creek were suppose to fill it out but when I told the leasing assistant that she said no Im suppose to fill it out I wonder how if it wasnt sent to me She volunteered to fill out for me to send to my old apartments Then she said if she doesnt have the verification by the next day she would move on from me So guess what email I got Sorry we cant move on with your application etc Wth No effort whatsoever It is what is Im not meant to live in that sorry place anyway Hope it works out for someone else more ... hide ...

The only thing nice about this place is the size of the apartment Its dangerous out here Shooting every week rats holes under each sink gangs all kinds of reason why my kids cant and wont go outside

Management is awesome They make sure that the tenants are going by the rules so everyone can have a safe decent place to live Theres no hanging out no outside partiesand no loud music I lived here going on three years and Ive never had any problems If there is anything that needed to be fix they took care of it right away
